How To Replace Negative Thoughts With a Positive One

Don’t let your negative thoughts stop you from reaching your dream. It’s normal to feel you want to quit when you are failing.

When you jog or run it’s normal that your mind tells you to stop. It’s normal your body wants to stop and rest. But it takes a lot of willpower in order to conquer those negative thoughts.

Before you stop or quit, imagine your dream. Visualize how beautiful it looks like. Imagine the smile and happiness it brings to your loved ones.

In reaching your goals, there are two thoughts that are fighting. Positive and negative. Which one do you want to win?

The negative thought will tell you that your dream is impossible to achieve. You will just get embarrassed. Don’t listen to it.

Replace it with a positive thought. How to do that? Before working on your task, take time to imagine the positive outcome when you finish it. Imagine how it looks like when you have reached your dream.
